We ask that all guests please read our Q&A's. This will answer many questions that you will have in regards to traveling and logistics. Additionally, Cornelia, our Travel Coordinator is available to answer any of the questions and assist with booking the best deal for you! 

Can I bring a guest or guests with me?

We are limited to the amount of guests that can attend our very intimate ceremony + reception and are therefore, inviting our closest family and friends along with their spouses or long term relationship partners. Invited guests are more than welcome to bring additional travel companions to enjoy the vacation with us, however, the wedding event itself is invitation-only and adults-only. Passport Travelers Agency can arrange travel for these additional friends and family members coming to vacation, but not attending the actual ceremony and reception. There will also be other weekend festivities that everyone is welcome to participate in.

When is the RSVP date?

In order to manage head count and finalize wedding planning, we are asking that all guests RSVP by making a deposit for their flight/hotel package or hotel/transportation package by December 31, 2020. The deposit is $50 for the hotel or $200 for the flight/hotel package.

What does “All-Inclusive mean”?

All-Inclusive resorts offer: All you can eat (gourmet restaurants and buffets), All you can drink (alcohol, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club), Water Sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, and other non-motorized water sports are typically included), Room Service includes 24-hour room service of food.

What is the payment plan?

A $200 per person deposit is required to lock in your rate, flight, and room. (If you are reserving only the hotel room, the deposit is $50 per person) Your remaining balance is due 30-45 days of the trip. You can choose to make partial payments in between or a lump sum payment when the balance is due. Passport Travelers Agency has flexible payment plan arrangements for our group, with no interest. 

How do I make payments?

Please visit www.passporttravelersagency.com/creditcardform to submit your payment information. You will receive a formal emailed receipt with your remaining balance within 24-48 hours of your payment. 

Can I purchase "Cancel for any reason" trip protection insurance? Is my deposit refundable?

Since you are booking in the midst of the pandemic, the airline/hotel is offering a waiver of change fees for your itinerary. This waiver provides a travel voucher for cancellations. If for any reason you need to modify anything, please let me know. You still have the option to purchase "Cancel for any Reason Trip Protection insurance", which will provide cash back cancellations, vacation medical insurance and lost luggage insurance. The optional insurance must be purchased at the same time of booking your trip and a quote will be provided when you RSVP.  Without the purchase of travel insurance, you will receive a travel voucher for cancellations.

Does the price include round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa?

Yes! The price of your trip includes your transportation to and from the resort/airport. You will receive detailed trip Instructions within 7 days of your trip that contains this information.  (If you only book a hotel-stay, please email your flight itinerary hello@passporttravelersagency.com to ensure that your transportation is arranged.)

Can I upgrade my room?

Absolutely! As long as the hotel has availability, you can upgrade your room to Ocean View, Swim-Out (pool outside your balcony), Ocean Front (Ocean outside of your balcony), VIP (Butler Services), or any other room that your resort offers. Go to the hotel’s website under “Accommodations” to see the room offerings.

Do I have to book with Passport Travelers Agency?

Yes, we request that all guests only utilize our dedicated planner and travel coordinator, Cornelia Bell, of Passport Travelers Agency to book rooms within our pre-arranged room block, as it will help us to keep the entire group organized and informed of logistics and frequent group updates. Everyone will receive a group discount and a Price Match Guarantee, so you’ll always pay less than the internet by using Passport Travelers Agency and most importantly, you will receive concierge level service from Cornelia and you'll be included in our wedding package of events with the resort.  Additionally, Passport Travelers Agency has flexible cancellation policies and flexible payment plans, making your travel arrangements even more affordable and convenient. If you've ever tried to contact an online travel company to make changes or cancellations, you'll appreciate the benefit of using a local, boutique travel agency (especially during times of uncertainty). 

What are the COVID guidelines for entry and return to the US?

We will keep the group posted of any and all updates as it relates to the latest COVID-19 entry and exit requirements within 90 days prior to departure (when final payments are due). Since the regulations change frequently, we will keep all guests updated and informed when it is closer to travel.

Can I travel with a companion that is flying from a different city than me?

Yes! Let Passport Travelers Agency know which cities each guest is traveling from and we can arrange that.

What if I need to cancel my trip and I did not purchase Travel Protection?

Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule at the bottom of your itinerary. If you purchased Travel Protection, ignore this fee schedule. (If you booked during the pandemic, you may receive a travel voucher for trip cancellation)

Can I book just the hotel with Passport Travelers Agency and book my flight separately?

Yes! The deposit to reserve just the hotel room is $50 per person. You can either contact hello@passporttravelersagency.com to book your flight at a later time or you can book your flight separately. Just remember to send an email with your detailed flight itinerary so that Passport Travelers Agency can arrange your ground transportation.

What if I find a price that is cheaper than Passport Travelers Agency?

Passport Travelers Agency has a "Lowest Rate Guarantee" policy. If you find a cheaper rate, please send hello@passporttravelersagency.com an email with a screenshot of the cheaper itinerary that you found.  If it is an apples to apples trip, you will receive the lower rate. Be sure that your screenshot includes flight times, ground transportation, and hotel room category. Sometimes, it is possible to find

Non-Refundable trips online that are cheaper, but require full up front non-refundable payments (without payment plan options). It is also very common to find flights online that contain restrictions that do not allow you to select your seats next to your travel companion or prior to boarding. Be very careful when comparing online rates to ensure that you're booked in the main cabin. Passport Travelers Agency attempts to find the lowest rate possible with the ability to make a flexible payment plan arrangements, the ability to pre-select flight seats, and with refundable options in the event of an emergency. 

Will there be any other events during the weekend that I should prepare for?

Do I need to have my passport prior to making my deposit for the trip? 

No! Passports are required at the time of travel. As long as you provide Passport Travelers Agency with your full legal name, you can arrange travel in advance. Instructions to apply for passports can be found here. Please allow 8-12 weeks for standard passport applications to process following your scheduled appointment with a passport "acceptance facility". If you do not obtain your passport prior to travel, you are responsible for any associated cancellation fees.   

Does Passport Travelers Agency LOVE referrals?

Yes! This is a great question. Passport Travelers Agency is a woman-owned and managed small business that is 100% reliant on "word of mouth" referrals.
